We proudly completed the HVAC, mechanical piping, and plumbing for the 15-story, 360,000 SF core and shell office building at Five City Boulevard in Nashville, TN. The project features a fully built-out amenity floor on level 5 and robust mechanical systems, including two roof-mounted air-cooled chillers, one roof-mounted energy recovery unit, and 14 self-contained units. Plumbing scope included a stormwater control cistern and centralized gang restrooms.
