HVAC and Plumbing for a new 90,000 square foot classroom building on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University. Scope of work included 1,800 feet of underground piping to connect to the campus steam and chilled water plant system, Four penthouse air handling units serving 126 air terminal units to heat and cool the space and complete plumbing system.
