Fully coordinated Mechanical and Plumbing scope for a 25-story residential tower in downtown Nashville. The project features more than 400 split systems across uniquely designed apartment layouts. The project included over 82,000 linear feet of ductwork and 265,000 linear feet of plumbing piping, all meticulously planned and executed to ensure seamless integration throughout the high-rise.
