The Peabody Union project represents one of Nashville’s most ambitious mixed-use developments, blending luxury living, premier office space, high-end retail, and substantial infrastructure into a single, masterfully coordinated build. The 1.2-million-square-foot development consists of a 27-story luxury residential tower, a 6-story Class-A office building with 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a four-story underground parking garage. The Comfort Group’s mechanical and plumbing scope was integral to the project’s success, incorporating two distinct condenser water loops—one dedicated to the residential tower and another serving the office and retail components—along with over 250,000 feet of mechanical and plumbing piping and more than 300,000 pounds of ductwork.
