The Comfort Group provided and installed a 10-ton rooftop unit tied to both new and existing VAV units, exhaust fans, 3 new VRF systems and exposed spiral ductwork. The plumbing scope consisted of underground and aboveground rough-in, a new incoming domestic main service with exterior backflow preventer, an electric hot water heater, and fixtures throughout the building.
