Scope of Work:

HVAC for a new 199,000 square foot, 224 key, 12 story mid-rise hotel in downtown Nashville.  Mechanical systems included 270 fan coil units, five kitchen make-up air units, a new 400 ton chiller plant, four roof top units, and five air handling units.
