HVAC, Plumbing and Medical Gas for a 164,000 square foot renovation and 41,000 square foot addition to an existing hospital.  Mechanical systems included a new air handling unit with 47 air terminal units and upgrades to the existing powerhouse that included new boilers, pumps and hundreds of feet of underground piping to connect the building.
