HVAC and Plumbing scope for the new Duksan Electra manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, TN. Install included 4,500 linear feet of ductwork—including 900+ linear feet of stainless-steel duct—along with 3,350 linear feet of mechanical piping, and over 38,000 linear feet of plumbing piping, featuring more than 12,000 linear feet of underground process waste piping. The project also included 186 acid-resistant floor drains and 270 acid-resistant trench drains to support the facility’s specialized processes. Major equipment installations encompassed (2) CRAC units, (1) dehumidification unit, (5) explosion-proof refrigeration units, (22) makeup air units, (39) exhaust fans, (4) rooftop units, and a full suite of VAV devices engineered for precise environmental control.
