Highly specialized mechanical scope for a new laboratory buildout within an existing structure at the Aegis 530 facility. The HVAC systems were engineered to meet demanding lab requirements, including twelve rooftop units supplying interior fabric ductwork for efficient, uniform air distribution. We installed twelve exhaust fans to support process exhaust systems and equipment hoods, along with three emergency purge fans capable of moving more than 20,000 CFM to rapidly respond to hazardous conditions. Additional point-of-air distribution devices provided precise, localized control throughout the lab environment.
