Scope of Work:

HVAC for a 500,000 square foot, 232 key, six floor hotel . Mechanical systems included a new hot water and chiller plant that produced 1200 tons of cooling, over 16,000’ of mechanical piping, 291 fan coil units, and a pool dehumidification unit.
