HVAC and Plumbing for the renovation of a 419,000 square foot, 18 story high-rise office building in downtown Nashville.  Mechanical systems included 34 new air handling units, 632 chilled beam units, and 232 variable air volume boxes as well as over 75,000 feet of mechanical piping.
